06/05/2015 – Our Home – The First Look
After a patient few weeks, we finally have a set of plans and contract.
Have already made a list of about 17 items that need to be altered / corrected but for the most part this is what it will be.
At A Glance:
5 Bedrooms (2 Master suites)
3 Bathrooms
4 Toilets (should never be a interrupted lol)
2 Car Garage (we made this 500mm wider from standard)
3 Internal and 1 External Living Area
Ceiling heights will be 2600mm downstairs and 2450mm upstairs.
We have removed quite a lot from the build for us to do after handover like floor coverings, driveway, wardrobe fit-outs, bathroom mirrors and kitchen splashback to name but a few.
We will probably have something at handover stage that looks a bit yuk.. but we will at least be able to finish it to my standards not the builders.
