Retreat In Style

Creating a Touch of Style in Coomera Retreat

21/03/2015 – Welcome to Clarendon Homes

Well after all the drama we had with PH, we decided to start looking at other builders.
We contacted a few that all had great ideas and a couple even went out of their way to do up some sketch plans. It was during a meeting with one of these builders that we decided to take a walk through the Parkhill 36 display home located at Springfield Lakes.
My partner, Daughters AND myself all looked with great enthusiasm and came to the conclusion that “This was IT”.
This was the house we wanted. We still had to make changes but they were minimal compared to other builders. We converted the Living / Study area downstairs into a Guest Bedroom with ENS and WIR. This room will be for my mother who has lived / Annoyed / Harassed / Pestered us for the last 10 or so years lol. So the design is now a 5 Bedroom (2 Master), 3 Bath, 4 Toilet, 3 Living and 2 Garage home.

We placed our first deposit with Steve (Sales rep at Springfied Lakes) on 21/03/2015 and have since accepted the tender, paid a second deposit and now waiting for final plans and contract.
Already know there are a few items that need to be changed, but shouldn’t damage the price, in fact, some items will improve it in our favour.

Check out the details and photo’s of the display home by clicking on the logo below:
